Instructions and mounting parts are included for installing a 2-stroke or 4-stroke glow engine or a brushless electric power system. Use whichever you prefer — no modifications are necessary. Aluminum motor mount sold separately.

This Eagle showcases Great Planes’ finest ARF construction. The main assemblies arrive built and covered, control surfaces (except rudder) are pre-hinged — and the cockpit comes complete with installed pilot bust!

You’ll find plenty of room in the Eagle 580’s fuselage to install your on-board equipment. Powerful magnets secure the hatch but allow easy removal and reattachment.

Painted fiberglass parts and die-cut decals easily recreate the signature look of Matt Chapman’s full-size Eagle 580. The large Embry-Riddle logo underneath the wing is part of the expertly factory-applied MonoKote film covering.
